Cloud Hosting Providers
There are a number of Cloud Hosting providers out there. I just thought I would keep a list of the most interesting ones for reference here:

Their pricing is very attractive and lots of new features coming up. I recommend it as it integrates well with their onPremises offerings in order to deploy hybrid clouds. |
